Adjustments and New Think for the gamemode

1. Add a Map on the forum with all illegal job places on it
2. Make the Link to the forum come every X minutes So people can read it if there's no admin online
3. Maybe Change the time that you have to wait untill you can sell another car, or atleast make the job pay better, now you get between 1.5 and 2 k for a car, maybe make that between 6 and 8 k
4. Change the interest that you get on your bank account(i mean 0.1 percent is rly low even for RP)
5. Make it like that the gates reconize that you are in a faction and auto opens the gate(or sonething)
6. Ye, Cant the lotto be autodraw, because if there are no admins online, there is no lotto
7. Make missions that involve Traking down someone of the other faction or something, or kill the leader.
8. Make commands to rob a place, or even a bank.
9. Make a casino in Los Santos so we can gamble.
10. Make a place where we can buy DMV licenses(for a fare price) so people dont need a DMV guy.
11. Maybe make a /engine on/off command
12. A Visum/passport That you can request at the City hall, and Needs to be approved by the Mayor
