YEAH ! hey can now do that every one who register at the server doesnt spawn with a drivers license but can still drive cars without license and when i log in server they talk to me

what you mean you dont know,,, can you not script it? if they always spawn with a drivers license then i cant take a player to test his skills of driving?!?!?!?

Thats the point , for new people , they have somthing extra
it would be lame if you hadnt an driving license on begin

yeah i know but why not have like you not start with a license but still can drive and when i log in game they come to me to get there license, but if a cop stops you he will get a ticket for driving a car with no license
